Our client is a leading international engineering company specializing in industrial equipment that helps reduce carbon emissions and pollution. Based in KSA with regional reach across GCC markets, the company is seeking a senior communication leader to strengthen its corporate presence, stakeholder engagement, and reputation across the region.


Job Summary
Reporting to deputy CEO, the Regional Corporate Communication Director will lead the company’s corporate communications strategy across GCC countries. The role focuses on shaping and delivering a consistent regional narrative, enhancing visibility, protecting and strengthening the corporate reputation, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in corporate communications with demonstrable regional exposure across multiple GCC countries.
  • Strong background in media management, reputation building, and stakeholder engagement .
  • Proven experience developing communications strategy and leading multidisciplinary teams and/or consultants.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of professional communications in the context of GCC business culture and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in industrial/engineering, energy, sustainability/ESG, or similar sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional corporate communication strategy aligned with business goals and corporate brand standards.
  • Oversee media relations, including regional press engagements, announcements, executive interviews, and crisis communications.
  • Build and manage communications programs that strengthen stakeholder relationships with governments, regulators, strategic partners, clients, industry bodies, and communities across GCC.
  • Lead content and messaging across multiple channels (corporate website, press releases, executive communications, internal announcements, brochures, speeches, and thought leadership).
  • Coordinate with internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR, Sustainability/ESG, Operations) to ensure communications are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Manage regional communications agencies/vendors and ensure performance, budget control, and quality of deliverables.
  • In crisis or reputational risk situations, lead response planning, stakeholder messaging, and escalation processes.
