Description

Main responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage performance of pre/post contract management.
  • Manage and lead the process of QS contract documentation, management, tender to achieve the project requirement.
  • Manage tendering process, analyze and evaluate of tenders.
  • Responsible to set up, implementing and monitoring project cost plans.
  • Attend Site Briefing before tendering the project.
  • Prepare cost analysis based on the project drawings and materials Obtaining subcontractor's quotation for various trade.
  • Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission.
  • Prepare for final submission.
  • Monitoring progress and liaising with the vendor.
  • Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission.
  • Preparing final accounts and Document Control.
  • Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Contracts Management
- Previous Experience in Deep Excavations is a must
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related Engineering discipline
- Expertise in contracts management, contracts administration, claims and disputes
- Ideally Middle East experience

Experience:
  • Contracts Managment: 5 years (Required)
  • Deep Excavations: 3 years (Preferred)
