Previous experience as HR Manager in Construction/ Contracting field is a must for this role.
Summary:
HR (Human Resources) Manager is responsible for HR Planning and development of a company’s workforce, transform all policies into executable plans and departmental procedures. HR Manager contribute to a company’s success by managing its employees, development, and work culture. Working closely with upper management to implement beneficial HR programs across departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.
- Advise the wider business on the application of policy, then monitor implementation of policies & procedures within the organization.
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
- Develop and deliver budget plans.
- Provide training or coaching to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as HR Manager in Construction/ Contracting Field is a must.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
