As the General Manager of our 5-star hotel and resort, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's operations and ensuring that the highest levels of guest satisfaction are met. Your primary goal will be to lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service and experiences to our guests.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue and profitability targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the property.
  2. Oversee overall operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
  3. Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  4. Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  5. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
  6. Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the seamless operation of the property.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  8. Manage budgets and financial performance of the property, including forecasting and reporting.
  9. Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
